Grow With Change
Grow With Change is a blog with a deep back story, an incredible story full of hope, an adoptee witnesses the real horrors of trauma and addiction in multiple places and in multiple homes, growing up constantly moving. Then onwards and upwards she propelled herself through the nightmare. Now, finally, Katrina works in medicine. Not claiming that it is easy, she has learnt to embrace change, rather than fight it! As we all should.
I’m a Buddhist and have a similar philosophy. I don’t fear change. I roll with what’s on the table. Though it is good to be able to deal with all situations, I wouldn’t suggest that is the right way for everyone to learn and adapt. We all have our own levels of tolerance, learning and truth.
As we know addictions are usually caused by a trauma or abuse. This is not always the case but most often it is down to an assault or violation that deeply wounds the soul. There are many types of addiction out there, here we are discussing drug and alcohol addiction. Katrina has trained in medicine for the past 10 years to be able to help other people break the cycle.
Luckily if you don’t live in the area of her business, you can still follow her online…
Her courage is truly admirable. She’s there for those who have experienced abuse, had dependency problems or been through a care or adoption process. She didn’t let those things stop her from achieving her goals and dreams.
The blog Grow With Change is based around an up and coming addiction business called Roots To Recovery based in Palm Beach, Florida. Roots To Recovery will welcome those suffering from addiction and those affected by addicts.
Grow with change was made in WordPress.
“Hi, all of my blogs stem from my personal and business life. I am creating blogs and eventually a book or more to help others not make the same mistakes i have.”

Almost all of us have been affected by adoption, someone we know or a relative.
It’s never easy to be in a strange home or move from pillar to post. But don’t feel like you’re on your own. It happens to more people than you might think. No one’s home or family is perfect. And we really have to count our blessings and congratulate ourselves for getting through it. Helping people helps heal the trauma also. It takes a village to raise a child. Be part of the village, be part of the CHANGE find out how!
If you know someone with drug addiction share this blog!
