Recently I’ve been reading about a lot of SEO companies that set up and request a pricey monthly subscription, or a quotation for so many keywords per month. SEO methods should be natural, organic, and not use any false methods. You can do this in a few ways. Set up all your Social Media Accounts or let a site like Fast Hosts do this for you. Share your blog or website on all your social sites, again Fast Hosts can help set this up for a monthly fee, and then you can also advertise on a number of websites, TV, radio, and now you can advertise on TV apps. And you can submit your website to local directories, business directories, & Google Business pages.
There are legit SEO companies & agencies. But it now seems like the race is on. You may be contacted by phone to subscribe to an SEO service that sounds really good. But you should always take a second look, or have a think. This goes for both SEO and professional directory or magazine entry. I do not trust these companies at all.

I took a course in Online Marketing. So far I had a call back from one advertiser on Facebook. He said as an agency they have access to different algorithms of social data, then the terms I had mentioned when you set an ad campaign in Facebook for example. Things people like, and their regional location. Those features are accessible to individual advertisers, or persons. And he may or may not have been telling the truth, but something didn’t ring true.
There was another telephone call and everything sounded great. Great until I realised I knew everything they had mentioned. Plus, what was the Private Network? Where do these companies create your backlinks, and are they any good? While they might have domain authority, they could damage or drop your website SEO. I was told it will temporarily drop the SEO but it will rise back up. And that seemed to be all that they really offered. Plus keyword rich posts. Anyone can achieve this if they spent the time to do it.
A doctor on my LinkedIn wrote a post on how his website, and even his license could be affected by a fake SEO company. And it really isn’t worth taking the risk. Especially if you want a lasting website, and not just to make a quick buck.
While the SEO services offered COULD possibly assist you in climbing search engines, and achieving sales, the results might not last for long, it could damage your website reputation or worse. You could be penalised.

These entice unsuspecting people to part with their hard-earned cash. Always research companies before paying. Read reviews from multiple sources. Don’t get hooked in by these persuasive sales calls. I’ve worked in sales, doing door to door. Now I get tonnes of sales calls. I just use a SPAM APP. The other day I shouted down the phone, now it’s all gone quiet. They will only try to take advantage of people who have a high budget they can feed off every month. You can always say you’re on a low budget, or your business is still new, or just hang up.
